About The Event
3rd Annual Lake Tour of Homes
Sat, August 3rd, 2024 | 10AM-4PM | Sweetwater Lake, Nineveh, IN
for CSCD community freeholders, friends and family.
This fun event alternates between lakes each year and is a fantastic opportunity to experience
the beauty of our community, socialize with neighbors, and discover the unique stories about some of the incredible lakefront homes in the Cordry/Sweetwater Conservancy District.
Three ticketed tours departing at 10:00AM, 12:00PM and 2:00PM. Each tour will last approximately 2 hours and begins and ends at Sweetwater Marina, 6700 Sunset Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164.
Tickets are $30 each and CSLOA members get a $5.00 discount (limit 2 at discounted rate). Includes a relaxing pontoon boat ride, bottled water and a private tour of 3-4 specially selected "Showcase Homes". As you stroll through the properties, you'll be able to meet the homeowners, admire the breathtaking views, beautifully designed interiors, outdoor entertaining spaces, landscaping and other features/stories that make each home truly special.

Space is limited and tickets are expected to sell out. First come first serve.Tickets are only refundable if cancelled 30 or more days before event. If event is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstance, purchase will be considered a donation.

Next year, we are showcasing homes on Cordry Lake!
Have you recently moved here, had a renovation (great way to thank your contractors), redecorated, have a beautiful garden or landscaping, or just want to help our community raise funds for fireworks, have fun and meet your neighbors? Then please consider signing up to be one of our special “Showcase Homes” in 2025 and share your story!
CRITERIA:
* Must have a lakefront home
* Have an accessible dock to tie up a pontoon boat
* Homeowners need to be present at their home day of the event to help guide guests through your home and share your home’s story.
* Time allotted for each tour of your home will be 20 minutes.
* 3 ticketed tours with 3-4 groups of 5-10ppl at a time starting at 10am, 12pm and 2pm with last group expected to finish around 4pm.
* Write a brief story to share about your home (see 2023 samples)
As a thank you, homeowners will receive a professional lake front photo of their home taken via drone by Gary Huett - Midwest Aerial Imagery.

IMPORTANT INFO
- Private event for freeholders, friends and family. Proceeds go toward CSLOA sponsored activities that are entirely funded by membership dollars and donations.
- Tickets are $30 each. CSLOA members can use the code MEMBER at checkout for $5 discount (limit 2). Tickets day of the event, if available, are $35 each (no member discounts).
- Because available spots per boat are limited, you will NOT be able to switch tour times unless spots are open. Requests made at least 24hrs in advance will be considered based on availability.
- After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite. This is your ticket, bring it with you, or show it on your phone, the day of the event when you check in (table located at the marina under the pop up tent)
- Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations made within 30 days are NOT refundable and will be considered a donation.
- There is no rain date. Event proceeds rain or shine unless there is lighting/other risk or unforeseeable circumstance.
- You will be required to sign a waiver in order to participate. This can be done online (link on home page) in advance or day of the event at the check-in table (please plan to arrive early).
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time and check in at the check-in table at Sweetwater Marina located next to the beach shelter at 6700 Sunset Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164.
- Parking is available across from Sweetwater Beach in the GRASSY areas (gravel area is reserved for boats/trailers).
- This is a private lake so the beach is only available to freeholders and their guests. Remember to bring your pass if you plan to stay and enjoy the beach before or after your tour.
- The tour is not handicap accessible. There are multiple steps and uneven terrain at most of the lake homes.
- All participants must travel on event-sponsored boats, sign a waiver, and wear a tour wristband to enter the participating homes.
